November 2, 1999 — The Lighter Side

Procrastination can be a dangerous, dangerous thing. For instance, I just spent an hour wasting time playing a new card game that I just found on my computer, when I should have been out practicing the new sense meditation that’s part of the Kamana program. Unfortunately, laziness and addiction to the computer screen won out over discipline and passion about nature. Mind you, this is only one instance in a thousand. I’ve gotten a lot better about procrastinating, but to me, there’s still nothing like a little relaxing TV when you’re supposed to be cramming for that midterm or writing that paper.
