- The Four Pillars of Diagnosis. A brief primer on the core methods of diagnosing illness according to Oriental medicine. December 2007.
- On Skepticism of Oriental Medicine. November 2005.
- Healing Flat Feet. My approach to correcting my flat feet without the use of orthotics. Updated October 2005.
- A Natural Childhood. Thoughts on a more natural/indigenous way of child-rearing and education versus the modern soulless system in place in our society today. Written in March 2001 for a college class on child development.
- The Need for Correctional Reform. I wrote this in 2000, but just recently decided to display it here in light of a day spent in jury duty.
- The Path of Individuation. An essay written for a class on Carl Jung in November 1998. An interpretation of a dream I had and its correlation with my journey to India and my spiritual path.
- The Exploration of Dreams. This was written at a time when I was very interested in lucid dreams and their possibilities. Published in the December 1998 edition of Conscious Creation Journal.
